We are a group of practitioners from Podhale. We help HoReCa owners regain control over expenses and personnel, using methods proven in the toughest seasons.
Tatry Peak Management was established in September 2016 in Zakopane. We are not theorists from internet courses. Marek and Anna, our founders, spent over 11 years running kitchens and hotels under Giewont. We know what chaos means when there is a shortage of hands during peak season and goods disappear under unexplained circumstances.
We understood that most owners in the region lose money not because they have few guests, but due to a lack of simple rules. That's why we created a company that enters a facility and brings order in 14 days. We count every weight, check invoices, and teach people that every discarded portion is their lost bonus.
Honestly, we are not the cheapest on the market, but our actions usually pay off after 39 days. The job must be done on time and without unnecessary talk.
