Tatry Peak Management has been operating in the heart of Zakopane since September 2016. This document is the simple regulations of our website. We don't like fluff, so we will write briefly and specifically. By using our content, calculators, or blog, you accept these rules. Our headquarters are located at Krupówki 20 Street in Zakopane. On our site, you will find a savings calculator and checklists for staff. All these materials are our intellectual property. You can use them to improve your hotel, but you do not have the right to copy and sell them further. Our calculator shows estimated data. Using the calculator is free and is meant to make you aware of the scale of money escaping your register every day.
When you click the button and book a call with us, our team starts acting. Our average response time to inquiries is 140 minutes on business days. We work from Monday to Friday during office hours. We do not promise to answer the phone at two in the morning on Sunday, but on Monday morning we will be ready to work. We do not take responsibility for situations where staff do not follow, for example, the 17 cleanliness points because the owner allows it. Our advice is based on over 11 years of experience in hospitality and gastronomy. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from your business decisions made solely after reading our blog. Every case in the HoReCa industry is specific. What worked perfectly in 'U Zbója' Tavern may require a small correction in your guesthouse. We do not guarantee that just reading an article will recover 4,320 PLN for you from kitchen waste. For that, a full audit and change in chef's habits are needed. The site may occasionally have technical breaks, for which we apologize. Mountains and technology can be unpredictable, especially at the peak of the season. We focus on getting the job done on time once we physically enter your kitchen.
The world changes, and regulations in Poland can be complex, so sometimes we have to update these rules. Changes come into effect immediately after publishing them on this subpage.
