Katarzyna Nowobilski – Order you can see in the spreadsheets

Katarzyna joined Tatry Peak Management in March 2019. Since then, she has conducted audits in 67 accommodation facilities in Zakopane and Kościelisko. She doesn't deal with theory, but with what actually happens in rooms and backrooms. Her task is simple: to make the guest happy while ensuring the owner doesn't spend a fortune on chemicals and overtime. No more wasting goods – that is her main principle for every implementation.

In one of the hotels on Jagiellońska Street, Kasia shortened the average cleaning time for a Standard room from 46 to 32 minutes. She did it without rushing people, she simply arranged the carts smarter and changed the sequence of activities. She believes that every minute counts because with 40 rooms that gives huge savings on a monthly scale. Numbers don't lie, and the results of her work are visible in our clients' financial reports just 3 weeks after training.

Her specialty is organizing work from scratch. She introduced proprietary checklists in 23 guesthouses, thanks to which staff turnover stopped being a problem. A new employee gets clear instructions and knows what to do from day one. That is precisely work done on time, without unnecessary talk and corrections. Kasia doesn't let go until every corner is clean and every zloty spent on cleaning products is used sensibly.

Privately, Katarzyna lives in Olcza, Zakopane. For 12 years she has been involved with local tourism, so she perfectly knows the problems that owners of local businesses face. She knows how hard it is to get a good seasonal worker and how important service consistency is. Heads-up: if you invite her for an audit, be prepared for honesty – Kasia always speaks plainly about what is failing in the facility and how much money is slipping through your fingers.

She organized training for a total of 284 cleaning staff members. Her work systems ensured that complaints about cleanliness in the hotels we service dropped by 64.3% in one winter season. If you want your hotel to work like clockwork, Kasia is the person who will wind all the gears.
